Melissa Blyth is a trauma-informed Indigenous counsellor who supports youth and their families in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, cultural strength, and sense of belonging. Her approach blends relational psychology, somatic tools, spiritual insight, and land-based practices to support emotional healing, identity exploration, and resilience. With a grounded, heart-centered presence, Melissa creates a space where students feel safe, seen, and supported, offering gentle guidance as they navigate life’s challenges and come home to themselves.
