Support Youth Through Loss & Grief

Grief is part of every young person’s life, yet so few spaces truly acknowledge it. Learning Through Loss partners with schools, universities, and community agencies to create meaningful, accessible grief support—because no one should navigate loss alone.

In-School & Community Workshops
Helping young people make sense of grief—whether they’re in it or just trying to understand it. Good Grief Workshops are led by a registered clinical counsellor/facilitator for middle school, high school & post-secondary students. These 1-1.5 hour sessions are delivered in classroom & community spaces.
What students take away:
-
A deeper understanding of their own grief experiences
-
Practical ways to cope with loss
-
How to be a supportive friend
-
Where to find help if they need it
