Andy has advised LTL since 2021 on matters of financial resilience, governance and other topics. He has over 30 years of experience with nonprofits and charities delivering a wide range of services. Andy has held positions on local, provincial and national boards, including Co-chair of Canada’s Volunteer Awards. He has created four social enterprises, has coached nonprofit societies from Nova Scotia to BC and is Executive Director of a national education-based charity.  Personal interests include music, triathlon and bandanas.
