Vivacious and attuned, Katherine brings creativity and curiousity to her role at LTL.

Katherine believes thoughtful questions are the key to creative solutions. In her time before LTL, Katherine managed governance and strategic projects for a public service non-profit in Ontario. Working closely with the Board instilled a love for weaving high-level objectives into the everyday. She hosted the organization’s first-ever podcast, and crafted key organizational communications as the primary writer of strategic content.

Away from her desk, Katherine can be found carving up a skate park on roller skates with the same fervour that she approaches work.
